These policies are for customers
served directly by PT. Nusantara Citra Alam Raya.

All prices are FOB Surabaya Indonesia.
Prices may also vary due to the currency exchange mechanism
and the market fluctuates frequently.

Shipment
Normal production lead time is 60 days after receipt of
order (initial shipments begin). Additionally, allow
approximately 2 weeks for ocean transit, customs clearance
and inland transportation.

We will supply sample pieces for new customer, but not cover
shipping and handling fee. We will not honor subsequent
sample orders for the same item unless approved by a NCAR
account executive.

The Buyer shall make
payment in full for the goods. Payment will be made by
irrevocable confirmed L/C
(issued no later than 14 days after receipt and confirmation
of P.O.). Orders will not be entered and acted upon until
L/C is received.
L/C at Sight orders must allow for
partial shipments and be valid for a period of at least one
hundred fifty (150) days.
Test order payment is as follows: T/T 50% of the value upon
acceptance of the order and balance T/T’ed when merchandise
is ready for shipment. Order will not be entered until
initial 50% is T/T’ed; shipment will not go forward until
final 50% is T/T’ed.
